In 2015, the Capitol Square Foundation, the John Glenn College at The Ohio State University, and iCivics created a web-based interactive citizenship curriculum focused on Ohio civics education for students, teachers, and families.
The lessons and activities are designed to ensure that Ohio educators can easily find high-quality tools that align Ohio’s state standards and engage students meaningfully in learning civics remotely or in-person.
This partnership brings together state-specific civics curriculum with corresponding federal civics curriculum and was the first of its kind in the United States.
